Heavenly Father,
Thank You for delighting in every detail of my life—for holding my hand and directing my steps—so that even if I stumble, I will never fall, because I am held firmly in the everlasting grip of Your unfailing love!
What an amazing thought,
that You would take pleasure and joy in every detail of my life—that You would want
to be intimately involved with me!
You make every moment that
I live an opportunity for me to see Your faithfulness and love extended toward
me!
You direct me into each “next
step” along the path of my life, and take every single step with me, never
leaving my side—never giving me reason to fear!
You take me by the hand to
guide me in paths of safety and even when I falter You do not allow me to fall
completely down, because Your grip on me never fails!
You keep me from being
destroyed by the harm that my own inexperience or inattentiveness might cause
me, and rescue me according to Your mighty power, mercy, forgiveness, grace and
love!
