Dear Lord,

Thank You for making my joy complete, by inviting me to take refuge in the arms of Your perfect love and goodness.

I have tasted Your mercy to me, a sinner—and received Your forgiveness and grace.

I have tasted Your compassion, when I was brokenhearted—and received Your healing and strength.

I have tasted Your gentleness, in correcting my way—and experienced the joy of obedience to You.

I have tasted Your kindness, overtaking my way—and been drawn to walk more intimately with You.

I have tasted the hope I have in You—and received Your faithfulness in every way.

I have tasted Your goodness, trusting in its truth—and received unspeakable joy and peace.

I have tasted Your love, flowing over and through me—and learned just how great is Your love for me.
