Heavenly Father,
Help me always remember that perfect peace and confident hope can only be found through faith in Your son, Jesus.
Help me to fully live with
the understanding that You sent us Your Word because of Your great desire that
we would walk in the peace that You have provided for us through Him.
Through all the trials and
sorrows, distress and frustration that I face daily here in this world, help me
not be moved from that overriding peace that You have given me.
Steady my heart with
courage and help me to pursue the victory over this world that You have already
provided for me through Jesus, as I rise above the circumstances of this life,
and live my life in Christ.
Thank You that You have
overcome the world—that You have rendered it completely powerless to harm me—that
I might walk in total victory over it.
Help me always remember that perfect peace and confident hope can only be found through faith in Your son, Jesus.
