Heavenly Father,
Help me to have a servant’s heart—a heart that is always ready to serve others—so that I might reflect the heart of Christ!
Help me to have a willingness
to give up my own desires—in order to be obedient to You and to be a blessing
in the lives of others.
Help me to serve freely
out of my great love for you and because of a great love for my fellowman—a
love that only You can place within me.
Help me to see that I get
to choose what kind of attitude I want to have—that You have empowered me to
make the right choices.
And help me look for ways
to give of myself for others—rather than to expect others to give of themselves
for me.
Help me to have a servant’s heart—a heart that is always ready to serve others—so that I might reflect the heart of Christ!
