O LORD my God,
You are the God who lives among His people, the God who is a mighty Savior! Help me to make my heart a place reserved for You, and then take delight in me—filling me with Your love and Your peace—as You sing over me with joy!
You are a mighty
Savior—the Almighty Prevailing God—who redeems me from the power of sin over
me, from the guilt which weighs upon my heart, and from the pollution that
defiles me as a result of my sin.
As I repent of my sin and
accept so great a salvation, You help me to live in willing obedience to
You—that You might gladly delight in me.
Because of Your great
love, my fears are calmed and I am kept safe in every way. You sing over me with
joyful songs—remembering my sin no more and counting me righteous in Your
sight.
