So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.—Hebrews 10:35-36 (NLT)
Heavenly Father,
With confident trust and patient endurance, I will continue to do Your will, as I wait for the great reward You have promised me.
When I am tempted to allow
my faith in You to slip and falter, help me to remember all the good things You
have already done for me and the glorious hope of eternity with You that lies
before me.
Help me to patiently
endure the struggles that I face here and now, so that I can continue to do
Your will in every way and at all times.
Then will my joy be
complete in You and I will walk in peace and safety with You—both now and
forever!
With confident trust and patient endurance, I will continue to do Your will, as I wait for the great reward You have promised me.
