Abraham never wavered in believing God’s promise. In fact, his faith grew stronger, and in this he brought glory to God. He was fully convinced that God is able to do whatever he promises.—Romans 4:20-21 (NLT)
Heavenly Father,
Help me remain fully convinced that You are able to do everything that You have promised to do and will carry out those promises, according to Your perfect timing, to accomplish Your plans and purposes.
I don’t ever want to allow
any doubt or unbelief to cause me to question Your promises or Your ability to
carry them out—rather let my ever-growing faith bring glory to You.
Though my life has been
filled with many mistakes, much sin, and multiple failures of my faith, You remain
faithful to use every one to cause my faith to grow ever stronger as You call
me to put my faith into action.
Help me to seek out Your
promises to me within the pages of Your Word, so I might, by faith, remain
obedient to You in all things and reap the benefits of unwavering faith in
those promises.
Help me remain fully convinced that You are able to do everything that You have promised to do and will carry out those promises, according to Your perfect timing, to accomplish Your plans and purposes.
