Father God,
Help me to consistently demonstrate—both by my actions and my words—my thankfulness to You this day.
As a follower of Your Son,
help me to represent well the One whose name I bear, in every aspect of my
daily life.
May I always be conscious of
the impression that I leave with others, so that they might see Christ in me
and give You the glory.
May I always speak words
of truth, life and encouragement to those I encounter each day.
May I always be obedient
to Your commands and submitted to Your authority.
May I always be dependent
on Your strength and at peace with Your will for me.
May I always humbly show
others the gentleness, compassion, patience, mercy, forgiveness and love of Jesus Christ.
Help me to consistently demonstrate—both by my actions and my words—my thankfulness to You this day.
