I have cared for you since you were born.
Yes, I carried you before you were born.
I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.

Heavenly Father,
You are the one true God—and You never fail those who truly worship You alone.
May I never make an idol
of anything or anyone, but only look to You—the One who made me and loves me—to
care for me, carry me, and save me.
Help me to continually
reflect on Your faithfulness to me—for it is You who has cared for me every
day of my life, even before I was born.
It is You who has carried
me through every trial and storm—and You who has supplied my every need along
the way.
It is You who has always
been constant and unchanging—despite my wanderings—and it is You that calls me
to come back to fellowship with You.
Thank You that as You have been to me,
You will be throughout my lifetime—because Your love for me never diminishes
and Your plans for me are always for my good.
Help me to walk in Your peace
this day and experience the fullness of joy that comes from remaining in Your
presence in every moment—believing that what You have said, You will do.
You are the one true God—and You never fail those who truly worship You alone.
