Sovereign
and Loving LORD,
Today, help me to trust You more.
Help me to lean on You, to
trust in You, and to be confident that You have great plans for me today, as I recommit myself to You—not
just with some superficial words, but with every part of my heart, soul and
strength.
Today, help me not to depend on my own limited insights or understanding of things, but rather help me to trust in Your sovereign, unlimited wisdom and understanding—knowing You love me and always want the best for me.
Help me to seek Your will in everything I do—and be ever mindful of Your Holy Spirit working in each and every detail of the day that lies ahead of me, revealing Your will for me.
Today, help me believe that as I choose to trust You—more than I trust myself—You will show me what I should do and will remove every obstacle from my path, in order to bring me to that place where You have called me to stand and serve.
